Amanda is a Partner of Equity Litigation Group.

Amanda has spent her career litigating complex securities cases on behalf of investors. She primarily focuses on class actions and derivative litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, where she has successfully prosecuted numerous cases that have resulted in obtaining hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries. Amanda’s experience has included all phases of litigation, from initial investigation to successful resolution.

In 2023, Amanda was recognized as a Massachusetts Rising Star. She is a member of the Women Chancery Lawyers and the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts.  She earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and previously worked at a plaintiffs’ firm where she litigated cases involving corporate law.
